Kevin Wong is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems operations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at West Pharmaceutical Services since March 2021, Kevin plays a vital role in the global IT organization, managing Service Desk functions and coordinating technology-related requests. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a Remote Support Engineer at Rockwell Automation, focusing on systems support and troubleshooting for corporate clients. Kevin's career also includes significant positions at Excelitas Technologies as a Senior Associate IT Operations Engineer, ObTech Asia Pacific as a Senior MIS Administrator, and National Computer Systems as a Technical Assistant, where foundational skills in desktop support were developed.
