Jack is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Swap, where they primarily focus on developing growth strategies and assisting with business development and account management. Prior to their role at Swap, Jack worked as the Head of Business Development at Blue Pet Co., where they played a crucial role in building the brand and developing sustainable pet supplements. Jack also had experience as an Ecommerce Specialist at NutraMara Ltd., where they specialized in bringing FMCG brands to market using sustainable seaweed bioactives. Before entering the e-commerce field, Jack worked as a Business Development Representative at Vidyard and Snowflake Computing. Jack began their career at Fidelity Investments as a Trade Operations Representative.

Jack Murphy attended the University of Limerick from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies.
