Philip Sutcliffe is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public sector communications. Currently serving as the Communications and Policy Manager at Swale Borough Council since December 2014, Philip oversees a team responsible for marketing, media relations, digital communications, and graphic design. Prior to this role, Philip worked as a Media Officer and Corporate Communications Officer at the London Borough of Hounslow from April 2005 to December 2014, where responsibilities included external relations and reputation management. Earlier in the career, Philip held the position of Information Officer at GNN London, representing key governmental departments. Philip holds a BSc in Politics and History from Brunel University of London, completed in 2003.
