Tala Katarina Ram-Rainsford is a Senior Associate at Macro Advisory Partners since August 2023 and also serves as a Peace and Conflict Researcher at Harvard's Center for Public Leadership. Previously, Tala held positions such as Graduate Course Assistant for Strategies for Social Impact at Harvard Kennedy School and Summer Associate at Macro Advisory Partners. Tala's experience includes serving as Program Manager at The Institute for Studies in Global Prosperity, Policy Advisor on Housing Strategy at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, and Policy Officer at the European Union Office of the Baha'i International Community. Tala also contributed as a Research Assistant in the Department of Public Health at UC Berkeley and held an internship at UNICEF. Tala earned a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. (Hons) in English, Public Policy, and Economic Development from the University of California, Berkeley, along with an International Baccalaureate Bilingual Diploma from the International School of Stavanger.
