Heather Hernandez is an experienced restaurant manager currently employed at SuViche since March 2023. Previous roles include bartender at Mike’s at Venetia from May 2019 to March 2023, and assistant restaurant manager at Nobu Eden Roc Hotel Miami Beach from April 2021 to November 2021. Heather has also served as a brand ambassador at Veza Sur Brewing Co., and held bartender positions at Lost Boy Dry Goods, Gurney's Montauk Yacht Club, Brick, and Bar Louie. Additionally, Heather worked as the director of client services at ClickVantage, Inc. from October 2018 to January 2019. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Florida International University, completed in June 2013.
