Pei Ying Liaw is a hospitality professional with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. Currently serving as a Server at EQ Kuala Lumpur since April 2023, Pei Ying Liaw demonstrates strong customer engagement skills and menu knowledge. Previously, as a Reservations Assistant at UOA Hospitality Group from March 2022 to May 2023, responsibilities included managing bookings and inquiries using the Opera System. Pei Ying Liaw also gained experience as a Bar Waitress at The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort in early 2018, where duties included cash handling, bartending, and customer service.
