Vandana Rajput has been in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry for over 10 years. Vandana began their career in 2010 as a Talent Acquisition Executive at ManpowerGroup. In 2013, they moved to Volt as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2014, they joined Allegis Global Solutions as a Recruitment Manager. In 2017, they joined Sustainable Talent as a Senior Director of Client Engagement and Dyson as a Talent Acquisition Program Director. In 2021, they moved to Uber as a Technical & Professional Sourcing Program Director and Chewy as a Technical Recruiting Program Director. Vandana is currently employed at Ford Motor Company as a Technical and Executive Talent Acquisition.

Vandana Rajput has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University. Vandana also holds a certification from LinkedIn for "Rock Your LinkedIn Profile" which they obtained in January 2020.
