Hailey Rawding has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2021, they worked as an Office Assistant at Badger-Land Survey LLC from June to September. In 2022, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Custom Marine Inc from June to December. Currently, in 2023, they are working at Surface Mount Technology Corporation as a Business Development and Marketing Specialist, starting in April.

Hailey Rawding obtained their high school diploma from Lincoln High School in 2019. Hailey then attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2019 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
