Furthermore, Scott pursued Political and Economic Tradecraft, Spanish, and Arabic studies at the Foreign Service Institute from 2007 to 2012. In 2016, they attended the Defense Security Cooperation Agency for Security Cooperation Management Executive education, although they did not obtain a specific degree.
