Zach Clenaghan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as COO at Surf Office since January 2022, Clenaghan focuses on facilitating company retreats. Prior to this role, Clenaghan was a Global Talent Advocate at Deel, contributing to an all-in-one HR platform for global teams from February 2022 to January 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Edumadic from May 2016 to December 2021, Clenaghan established a global campus for online learners, integrating education with co-living experiences in some of the world's most attractive locations. Previous experience includes serving as a Fellow at On Deck, a Strategy Consultant at Holland Mountain Ltd, and involvement in new business development at UBS. Clenaghan holds a BSc Hons in Management Sciences from Loughborough University.
