Shashi Matha has extensive experience in application engineering and customer support, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Support at Sureify since June 2020, where responsibilities include establishing global practices for application engineering and service reliability. Prior roles include Director of Customer Support at Sureify, Director of Customer Application Engineering at Guidewire Software, and Engineering Manager at Walmart Global Tech, where leadership in eCommerce development was showcased. Shashi also held positions at Longs Drugs as Application Development Manager, Wells Fargo as Sr Application Systems Engineer, Target Corp as Datawarehouse Consultant, and IBM Global Services as IT Application Development Manager. Shashi began a career as a Software Engineer at BAeHAL Software Ltd and as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at CGI. Academically, Shashi holds a Bachelors of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and an M.Tech in Systems Analysis and Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
