Sydney Staples is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail, athletics, and leadership. Currently serving as a Buyer at SUREFOOT since August 2018, Sydney previously held sales positions at ANN INC, focusing on customer service and credit card sales. Sydney's experience as a Ski Coach at Park City Ski and Snowboard involved mentoring young athletes and managing training routines. As Vice President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee at the University of New Mexico, Sydney advocated for student-athlete interests. A four-year member of the UNM Alpine Ski Team, Sydney earned several accolades, including UNM Student-Athlete of the Year in 2017 and multiple championship participations. Prior roles include hospitality service at Bandits Grill & Bar and a professional athletic career with the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association. Sydney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the UNM Anderson School of Management.
