Prior to that, Bryant held various leadership positions including Dealer Service Center Manager at CRB Auto powered by Mechanics Bank, and Director of Credit Operations at Nissan Motor Corporation, overseeing a significant portfolio and managing a large team across multiple locations. Bryant's career also includes senior roles at Wells Fargo, Chrysler Financial, and Bank of America, where responsibilities ranged from market management to credit policy development, demonstrating a strong track record in both operational oversight and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a CBA in Retail Bank Management and a BA in Broadcast Communications.
