Eric Schneider is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in plant and program management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Supreme Machined Products since July 2018, Eric has also held significant roles such as Program Manager at Pace Industries, LLC, and Plant Manager at Net Shaped Solutions. Previous positions include supervising operations at Cannon Muskegon and participating in a management development program at Precision Castparts. Eric began the professional journey with internships at J and L Fiber Services and Caterpillar Inc., where valuable skills in process improvement and engineering intern support were developed. Eric holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
