Achilles Tan is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across customer service, entrepreneurship, and marketing. Currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at Superlogic since August 2021, Achilles excels in managing escalated tickets, preparing reports, enforcing KYC policies, and updating the knowledge base. As a Co-Founder of CBT Local Coffee Philippines, Achilles focuses on direct sourcing from local farms and fostering sustainable relationships with farmers. Previous roles include Guest Relations Specialist at Stay Minty, where responsibilities included property management, sales support, and guest services, and Agency Partner at ManyChat, where marketing campaigns and automated communication systems were developed. Achilles also co-founded The Cage - Iloilo Boxing Gym and started the career in sales support and technical support, complemented by a Bachelor of Information Science and Management from Central Philippine University.
