Wendy Lewis is a seasoned professional in client services and account management with extensive experience in the corporate travel industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Services at CTM - Corporate Travel Management since May 2022, Wendy previously held the position of Executive Director of Account Management at Corporate Travel Management US from September 2020 to May 2022, where a team of five Senior Account Managers was managed to support clients with a global travel spend exceeding $200 million. Prior to this, Wendy was the Senior Director of Account Management at Travel and Transport from June 2005 to September 2020, focusing on cultivating strong client relationships and achieving a client retention rate of 98%. Wendy holds a degree from The University of Akron.
