Caitlin is a business analyst who specializes in data analysis and developing solutions that are reusable across the organization. She is proficient in conducting research studies that include collecting, analyzing, trending and presenting data. She assists with project management duties including the creation of status reports, work plans, and developing presentations to client leadership. Ms Quintero also produces job aids, training material and instruction manuals for end-users.

Ms Quintero received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado and is currently working on her MBA.
