Sarah Lee is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner EMEA at OMRON Healthcare Europe since March 2024, Sarah previously held the position of HR Manager at ViCentra, a medical device scale-up in the Netherlands, from April 2015 to February 2024. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Freelance Recruiter and HR consultant while pursuing a Master’s degree in Global Human Resources Management, successfully recruiting high-value positions for renowned clients like Tommy Hilfiger. Sarah’s earlier career includes roles as Recruitment Manager at The Workline Group, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive management of recruitment processes and client relations, and as Senior Recruiter at Hays Specialist Recruitment, managing technical recruitment for prominent organizations.
