Phil Sheridan has extensive experience in the manufacturing and machining industry, currently serving as the Machine Shop Manager at Superior Products since September 2017. Prior to this role, Phil has played significant positions at Cashco, Inc. since 1981, including Plant Manager of Manufacturing, where responsibilities included managing Shift Supervisors, CNC Programmers, and Tooling Inventory, among others. Additional roles at Cashco, Inc. included Manufacturing Technician and Machine Shop Supervisor, overseeing operations and supervising teams across various machining processes. Phil’s educational background includes coursework in Math, Science, Engineering, and Electronics from Kansas State University Salina, as well as training in Machine Tool Technology from Barton Community College. Phil graduated from Ellsworth High School in 1975.
