Becky Judd, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Super Go Faster since December 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Previously, Judd was the President of HR Foundational Solutions from December 2014 to December 2022, catering to the employee concerns of small businesses. Additional roles include HR Business Partner at Amazon, Manager of Employee Relations, Compliance & Operations at UnitedHealth Group, and various positions in human resources and business analysis at organizations such as Nash Finch Company, Time Warner Cable, and Hartford Life. Judd holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Organizational Structure and Leadership from Capella University.
