Ivan Floric has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ivan began their professional career as a Waiter and Barista at Grand Casino Beograd in 2009. Following that, they worked as a Chief Manager at Club Time Out from 2010 to 2013. From 2014 to 2014, Ivan worked as a Waiter at Smokvica Bed and Breakfast. Ivan then transitioned to the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor at Belgrade Art Hotel**** Todor Hotels doo from 2016 to 2017. In the same year, they also worked as a Head Waiter at Majid Al Futtaim. From 2017 to 2020, Ivan served as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at SAINT TEN Hotel. In 2020, they worked as an Associate in TMF Operations at Worldwide Clinical Trials. From 2021 to 2022, Ivan worked as a Recruiter and later as Detention at BIA Group Inc. Currently, Ivan is serving as a Recruiting Team Lead at Super Ego Holding. Their responsibilities include daily communication with new candidates, reviewing applications, setting up drivers for drug tests, booking rent a car/hotel, and arranging orientation testing.

From 2007 to 2015, Ivan Floric attended Visoka poljoprivredna skola, where they obtained a degree of IV in Veterinary Medicine.
