Ilona Vogelaar has built a diverse professional background in customer service and hospitality. Currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at Sunweb Group since June 2019, Ilona previously worked at Recreatie centrum de Staver from June 2014 to April 2019 as a Horeca medewerker. Additionally, Ilona gained experience as an intern at Axxicom Airport Caddy B.V., where responsibilities included assisting individuals with disabilities and unaccompanied minors at Schiphol Airport. Prior to that, Ilona interned as a receptionist at Fletcher Landgoedhotel Renesse, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Ilona holds a degree from Hogeschool TIO Rotterdam, completed in 2018.
