Previously, Shaun held various coaching roles at Sportika Sports and New Jersey Soccer Group, focusing on youth soccer development, and worked as General Manager for Jersey Blues FC, overseeing game scheduling and business operations. Earlier professional experience includes positions as Road Works Coordinator at West Lothian Council and Administrator at Fujitsu Network Communications. Shaun holds a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Forth Valley College and completed secondary education at Bathgate Academy.
