Jaime Rafael Carvajal Ortiz is an experienced operations and logistics professional with a comprehensive background in managing supply chains and distribution networks. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Process Engineer Manager at HPL Apollo since March 2022, Jaime previously co-founded Ecofood Sustentable, focusing on sustainable logistics solutions. At Nestlé Purina North America, Jaime managed distribution center operations across Chile, ensuring effective supply of pet food. Prior engagements include roles at Nestlé Nespresso SA, where Jaime oversaw order processing operations, and Watt's S.A., where responsibilities included customer service and supply chain coordination. Jaime's career began with a production assistant role at CMPC, where a project to improve machine productivity was completed. Jaime holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from Universidad Andres Bello, acquired in 2014, with strengths in operations, leadership, teamwork, finance, and logistics.
