Terry Llewellyn has over 35 years of experience in management and operations, currently serving as Plant Director at SunOpta since August 2003. In various roles, including Plant Manager and Supply Planning Manager, Terry has successfully led procurement teams, directed spot purchasing, and implemented critical operational systems such as Lean/6S and Quality systems, resulting in a 27% expansion in annual production within the first four years at SunOpta. Prior to SunOpta, Terry was the Owner and Managing Partner at House of Music and Electronics from 1987 to 2003, where gross sales increased by 25% in the first five years, followed by the opening of a second location and a doubling of annual gross sales within four years. Terry holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Trend College (Kinman Business University).
