Stacy Seidel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and sustainability. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Legal & ESG at SunOpta since June 2016, Stacy has held various positions including ESG Lead and Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to SunOpta, Stacy worked at Seacrest, Karesh, Tate & Bicknese as a Transactional and Litigation Attorney, specializing in complex commercial litigation and transactional law. Earlier legal experience includes a role at Grua, Jamo & Young focusing on civil litigation and business matters. Stacy's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Michigan State University, and a Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University.
