Angus Cannon is an accomplished corporate attorney with extensive experience in managing legal affairs for commercial divisions within multi-state operations. Currently serving as General Counsel at Sanitation Specialists since May 2019, Angus provides strategic legal guidance on employment, commercial transactions, corporate organization, and regulatory compliance to executive leadership. Previously, Angus held positions as Associate Attorney at Fenton & Keller and managed legal operations at Cannon Olson LLP, specializing in civil litigation, business formation, and risk management. Additional experience includes advising insurers and financial institutions on transactional matters, as well as providing legal support to small businesses and individuals in various legal contexts. Angus holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
