Peter Verbansky has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Peter is currently serving as the Vice President of New Homes Fulfillment at Sunnova Energy since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Sunstreet Energy Group from March 2016 to April 2021. In this role, they managed multiple teams and implemented strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Before that, Peter held the position of Director of Operations at Accurate Background from March 2011 to February 2016. Peter successfully managed different business units and improved completion rates by 47%. From July 2005 to March 2011, Peter worked as the Director of Verifications at HireRight. Peter led a large team and achieved significant cost savings through outsourcing. Additionally, Peter gained valuable experience at Citigroup, where they served as the Unit Manager of Sales & Service from June 1996 to June 2005. In this role, they supervised a team, conducted internal audits, and developed corrective action plans.

Peter Verbansky obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baker College, which they attended from 2005 to 2006. Peter later pursued an MBA in Business Administration at The University of Arizona Global Campus from 2007 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Peter obtained various certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Coach from the International Coach Academy, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, an ACMP Member Badge from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global), and an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation.
