Jhazmine Frame has over 14 years of experience in organizational development and training, currently serving as Organization Development Manager and formerly as Learning & Development Manager at Suncoast Credit Union. Responsibilities include managing personal engagement initiatives, professional growth roadmaps, and evaluating program effectiveness. Jhazmine has extensive experience in learning media design and development, having previously held roles as Learning Media & Design Specialist and Learning Media Designer / Trainer. Additionally, Jhazmine is a freelance artist and graphic designer, proficient in Adobe Suite, with notable works including comic book series and logo designs. Jhazmine served as President of the LSCU Tampa Young Professionals Group, coordinating development events and community involvement. Previous experience also includes artistic roles with Red Stylo Media and Marvel Entertainment. Jhazmine holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Art with a focus on Sequential Art from Savannah College of Art and Design.
