Olivia Howard, MPA, has extensive experience in various roles within the financial services and non-profit sectors. Currently part of the ITM Department at Frankenmuth Credit Union since August 2021, Olivia previously served as Resource Development Manager at CAN Council and held multiple positions, including Copyeditor, Contact Center Representative, Head Teller, and Teller, at Frankenmuth Credit Union from June 2016 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as Student Associate at Frankenmuth Insurance, focusing on special projects, data entry, office organization, and customer service. Olivia holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Alma College, with additional communications studies at Delta College.
