Sharonda Ross currently serves as a Real Estate Closer at Peterson & Myers, P.A. and has been involved with SUNBELT TITLE AGENCY since July 2017, holding the positions of Processor and Escrow Officer. Previously, Sharonda managed over 100 properties as an REO Asset Manager at HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., where expertise in real estate negotiation and cost control was utilized to liquidate bank-owned properties effectively. As a HUD Housing Counselor at Consumer Credit Counseling Services, Sharonda specialized in counseling homeowners on loss mitigation strategies to avoid foreclosure. Sharonda also has supervisory experience from Orlando Federal Credit Union, overseeing a team, managing workflows, and handling employee recruitment and training. Sharonda holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Everest.
