Mason McAnally, PRC, CDR, currently serves as the Associate Director for the Western US at Atwell, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing recruiting operations and strategic initiatives within the region. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Manager at Galloway & Company, Inc., where Mason contributed to the company's leadership development and managed full-cycle recruitment processes, leading a team and creating the firm's first talent acquisition budget and campus internship program. Mason has also held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CPI Card Group, overseeing HR cycle recruiting, and as Campus Recruitment Manager at a confidential company, supervising recruitment initiatives for campus recruiters. Mason earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Coaching from Delta State University.
