Sergey Lepetan has a strong background in the legal field with experience in various companies. Sergey started their career in different consulting companies in junior legal positions before moving on to work as a Senior Lawyer at Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz and Alexander Dobrovinsky & Partners. Sergey then served as the Legal Director at OTIS, where they provided legal services to multiple entities and led a team of professionals. After that, they worked as the Head of Legal Department at Axel Springer before taking on the role of Head of Legal Department at SCA Hygiene Products. Sergey was responsible for organizing and leading the legal function in Russia and CIS and handled various legal issues related to manufacturing, distribution, and corporate compliance. Sergey also worked as a Legal Counsel at Abbott and is currently serving as the Head of Legal Department at SUN PHARMA.

Sergey Lepetan attended Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO from 1986 to 1991.
