Thaddeus Nadelson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in solar energy systems. Currently serving as Assistant Engineering Manager and Senior Design Engineer at Sun Light & Power, Thaddeus has previously held the position of Lead Solar Engineer at Solar Alternatives, where responsibilities included designing residential and commercial photovoltaic layouts and overseeing permitting processes. Prior roles include Solar Field Engineer and Solar Technician at TEXAS GREEN ENERGY, INC., and foundational experience as an Electronic Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard. Thaddeus holds a Master of Engineering in Biological and Agricultural Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, along with an Associate's Degree in Chemistry from Miami Dade College.
