Neil Smyth is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Manager at ElectroRoute since March 2023, Neil previously held the role of Modelling Systems Senior Manager Software Architect & Project Coordinator at Athora from January 2015 to February 2023, where responsibility included managing an embedded IT unit within the Actuarial department and developing a bespoke actuarial modelling engine. Neil's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at Zurich Life, focusing on C# solutions for fund and trade price calculations, as well as serving as an IT Recruitment Consultant at CPL. Neil holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from University College Dublin and completed a Leaving Certificate at St Mary's Diocesan, Drogheda.
