Monique Allen currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for Canada at Sun Life, where responsibilities include overseeing technology solutions within Canada and enterprise architecture and digital solutions on a global scale. Previously, Monique held the position of Executive Vice President of Data & Technology and Chief Information Officer at OMERS, focusing on technology strategy for one of Canada’s largest pension plans. Career highlights also include leadership roles at Finastra, where Monique managed P&L for multiple business lines, and D+H, where significant advancements in mortgage technology were achieved. Monique began their career at Procter & Gamble and HP, cultivating expertise in project management and client services. Monique holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Toronto.
