Tina McDowney, BRM, has extensive experience in the field of IT business systems analysis and data governance, currently serving as an IT Business Systems Analyst and IT Data Governance Analyst at VHDA since July 2006. In these roles, Tina McDowney focuses on setting quality standards for data collection and maintenance, as well as developing metrics for ongoing data quality monitoring. Previously, Tina McDowney worked as an LMS Administrator and ITS Training and Change Coordinator, overseeing user accounts and course content within the learning management system. Prior to that, Tina McDowney served as a Systems Administrator at VHDA from May 1995 to January 2006, where responsibilities included supporting Microsoft products, configuring servers, and managing backups for 70 servers. Tina McDowney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, obtained in 1995.
