Neal Smith possesses extensive experience in facilities management and construction, currently serving as Vice President of Facilities Management at Sun Health since August 2003. In this role, Neal oversees construction, major renovations, and other projects while managing construction teams, project costs, and schedules to meet budget and timeline goals, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Previous positions at Sun Health included Director of Construction and Building Standards and Construction Superintendent. Prior to Sun Health, Neal held roles as Lead Engineer/HVAC at Marriott Hotel and Lead HVAC Technician at Great Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning. Neal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a degree in HVAC technology from Universal Technical Institute.
