Jenna Yates has extensive experience in healthcare relations and management, currently serving as the Director of Network Relations at Carelon since July 2018, with prior roles including Sr. Manager and Manager of Network Relations, and Account Executive in Provider Network. In these positions, Jenna has been responsible for managing high-volume provider partnerships and supporting various lines of business including Home Health and Durable Medical Equipment. Previous experience includes roles as a Donation Specialist at DCI Donor Services, Inc., where Jenna facilitated communication between families and health professionals, and as a Dental Office Coach at Mahan & Associates LLC. Jenna began their career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Kroger Pharmacy, providing patient service and managing authorizations. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Health Performance from Austin Peay State University.
