Daniel Bartel is an accomplished product design leader with extensive experience in user experience and creative direction. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design and Experience Design Lead at SumUp since January 2020, Daniel drives the Experience Design team to develop a cohesive user experience and maintain brand design guidelines. As a co-founder and Head of UX for Online-Vertretungsstunden, Daniel focuses on providing educational resources to schools through a web platform. Prior roles include Creative & UX Lead at Blue Swan Initiative and PCH Innovations GmbH, where Daniel was instrumental in UX strategy for various industries, including automotive and technology. With a strong background as a Senior UX & Visual Designer at HERE and Nokia, as well as experience at Fjord and Hello Group, Daniel has collaborated on projects for renowned international clients. Daniel holds a Diploma in Design from Hochschule Anhalt.
