Phil Van Sickel is an experienced professional in the fields of agile transformation and technology, currently serving as retired since January 2024 after a substantial career. Phil has worked at CGI - Summa as a Vice President and Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant since August 2017, alongside a role as a Senior Agile Coach at Summa Technologies since February 2012, where contributions focused on providing project management services and agile coaching to Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to these positions, Phil was a Principal Consultant at TrueFit, where responsibilities included consulting and project management, and served as Chief Technology Officer at Mid Market America, leading the development of innovative platforms. Phil's career began at Eaton Electrical as Director of IT, managing a substantial manufacturing operation, and included a role at Westinghouse Electric Company as Manager of Plant Systems, enhancing efficiency through innovative software solutions. Phil holds a BA in Math from Grove City College and pursued undergraduate studies in Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh.
