Lissy Alden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lissy is the Founder and CEO of MYNDY, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they founded AldenCollective in 2019. Lissy also worked at On Deck in 2020 as a Fellow.
In terms of their previous experience, Lissy worked at Charles River Laboratories from 2017 to 2019 as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Employee Experience. Before that, they were an Experience Consultant at Hospitality Quotient in 2016. Lissy also served as the Enterprise Client Experience Manager at General Assembly from 2014 to 2015.
Lissy'searlier roles at General Assembly include Enterprise Key Account Manager from 2013 to 2013 and Enterprise Producer from 2012 to 2013. Lissy began their career at J.P. Morgan as a Corporate Development Program Analyst from 2010 to 2012 and as a Corporate Development Program Intern in 2009. Lissy also worked as an intern at AIG in 2008.
Lissy Alden holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Distributed Leadership, Teaming, and Service Operations from MIT Sloan School of Management, where they also received the Dean's Fellowship.
