Evan S. serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Sugar23 since January 2019. Prior to this, held the position of Head of Asset Management M&A Legal at Credit Suisse from 2012 to 2018 and worked as Vice President/Counsel in the same company from 2006 to 2011. Evan S. also has experience as an Associate at Torys LLP from 1998 to 2006. Currently, Evan S. is a Charter Member at TechGC since October 2021. Graduating from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 1998 with a JD, Evan S. also holds a high school diploma from Harvard-Westlake School.
