Sandeep Patil has over 15 years of experience in the marketing and promotions field. Sandeep currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing at Mass Appeal, a role they began in January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Music IP's and Artist Marketing at Glance from September 2021 to January 2023.

From March 2020 to September 2021, Sandeep worked at Universal Music Group as the General Manager of Marketing & Promotions. Before that, they served as AGM of Marketing & Promotions at VYRL Originals - EMI Records India, where they played a key role in launching VYRL Originals, a platform dedicated to promoting independent singers and music composers.

Sandeep's earlier experience includes roles at Vodafone Idea Limited as a Senior Manager of Content Programming & Marketing, at Sony Music Entertainment as a Senior Manager of Marketing and Promotions, at Digital Radio Mumbai Broadcasting Ltd (93.5 RED FM) as an Assistant Manager of Brand Marketing, at Idealake as a Client Servicing & Project Management, at Percept Picture Company as a Senior Executive of Marketing, and at Leo Burnett as a Project Manager.

Sandeep Patil has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Communication Management from Symbiosis International University. Sandeep acquired this degree from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mass Media (Advertising) from R.D. National College, which they attended from 2003 to 2006.
