Katharine Lau has held a variety of roles in the real estate industry since 2010. Katharine started as a Hotel Development Intern at The Lam Group in 2010 and then became an Investment Analyst at Prudential Real Estate Investors in 2011. In 2013, they joined L&L Holding Company, LLC as an Asset Manager. In 2016, they were the VP of Real Estate at Industrious and also the Manager of Development at Equinox. Currently, they are the CEO and Co-Founder of Stuf.

Katharine Lau attended Hong Kong International School from 2003 to 2005, Shanghai American School from 2005 to 2007, and The American University of Paris in 2009 as part of the NYU Study Abroad Program. Katharine graduated from New York University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Tourism Management.
