Brianna Steich's work experience began in 2013 with an internship at WHAG News during the summer of 2015. In 2016, they worked as a counselor at Eagles Landing and Night Owls Summer Camp. Starting in September 2013, Brianna also held a role as BCTV at Bethany College until May 2016. In 2017, they joined Structural Elements® as a Patient Care Coordinator and their employment there is ongoing.

Brianna Steich attended Bethany College from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Communication and Marketing. The field of study during their time at the college is not mentioned.
