Alyssa Stephens possesses extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical roles, currently serving as an Outpatient Care Manager and previously as an Inpatient Care Manager at Cigna Healthcare since October 2019. Prior to this, Alyssa held the position of Disability Claims Case Manager II at Lincoln Financial Group from March 2015 to August 2019. Beginning in December 2012, Alyssa worked as an IICAPS Clinician at Middlesex Hospital until March 2015 and earlier served as a Clinician at BHcare from June 2011 to November 2012, focusing on facilitating individual and group therapy. Alyssa holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Connecticut.
