Avery Cort has extensive experience in program management and development within the nonprofit sector, particularly with Street Soccer USA since April 2016. As National Program Director and People Operations, Avery has been integral in overseeing the growth and execution of social change programming across various regions, with specific focus on the Bay Area. Previous roles include Bay Area Program Director, where responsibilities included ensuring high-quality programming execution, and Women’s Program Coach/Manager, emphasizing support for at-risk women through soccer and community engagement. In addition, Avery has experience as a Recruiting Coordinator at New Relic, Inc., where tasks involved coordination of recruitment processes and community outreach initiatives.
