Mark Peterson is an experienced operations manager in the sports event industry, currently serving as Operations Manager for Championships at The R&A since July 2022. Previous roles include Operations Manager for the Legends Tour at the European Tour, and various positions in event coordination, including the PGA European Tour and Millbrook Resort. Mark has a background in logistics and event management, having coordinated numerous televised tournaments and corporate golf days. Additionally, Mark has pursued photography, contributing to local publications and travel blogs, and has a degree in Sports Management from Bournemouth University.
