Kerstin Wiegmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR project management and organizational change. Currently serving as Projektmanagerin HR & Changemanagerin at STRAUSS since July 2021, Wiegmann leads transformation processes from an HR perspective and provides targeted communication strategies. Prior experience includes a prominent role at ING Deutschland from June 2000 to March 2020, where responsibilities spanned internal communication development, organizational consultancy, project management, and quality management, among others.
